This is another great software that is available to download for free. There is a also a paid version. I do not recommend buying it unless you try the free version and are satisfied. The strength of this ebook creator is how it can effectively organize your information into a professional looking presentation.

Flash Page
This is a good software for advanced ebook creators. Beginners would have no clue how to use this software. For the advanced computer programmers who understand xml they can use this to quickly create and integrate features into your ebooks such as images of all formats.

Free vs Paid

If you are not on a low budget I would recommend using paid software. Simply because you can get it cheap. First though lets analyze some of the advantages and disadvatages of using free software. There are some real benefits and some real drawbacks.

There are advantages to using free ebook software. Advanced computer programers can get away with using free versions of software. They already know what mistakes to not make and understand the technical side of things involved in creating an ebook.

Keeps Budget Low
This is also great if you are on a low budget since it is obviously free. However, you may have some trouble familiarizing yourself with the software. To pass up on paid software you have to be on an extremely low budget otherwise I do not recommend going this direction.

Low Risk
Since it is low budget there is much less risk involved. You don't have to worry to much if it does not work out. If it does not work out all that you have lost is time. You have not invested a lot of money in the wrong software or faulty software which is something that happens alot online with all the scams out there.

The biggest disadvantage to most free ebook software available is that is is often hard for beginners to use. Basically when use paid software the benefits you are paying for is the ease of use. With paid software you get those benefits of easy to use tools. Those companies go the extra mile since you pay for the service.

Less Guidance and Instructions
This is related to the disadvantage just covered. There is no guidance when it comes to using free ebook software. The reason is simple, it is free. No one is going to put together a manual on how to use a software product they are giving away for free. If you are good enough to understand how to use then you can create your own ebook for free. If not then you are out of luck.

Wasted Time
There is a lot of wasted time when using free ebook software becuase you have to learn how to use it. As mentioned earlier there is no guide, no manual, no set of instructions, and basically zero guidance of any kind. You will most likely have to waste tons of time learning how to use it. That time could be spent doing much more productive things for your ebook.
