Deep Link In Every Article
one of the biggest mistakes I see article marketers make is by not deep linking in every article. Almost every single article directory allows members to include two different links in the resource box of every article that they submit. Too often do I see two links going to the home page. If you do this you are essentially wasting that second link. There is no benefit to having to links on the same page as opposed to one link. The main thing you're going for is having a link period from the website. The other link or the second link should be allotted to one of your inner pages. This is referred to as deep linking and if you do not deep link your internal pages you are leaving huge amounts of revenue on people.

Do Not Submit Duplicate Articles
another huge mistake that I see people make when marketing their articles and submitting to their list of article directories is by submitting the exact same article to several sites. When you do this you are essentially throwing up a red flag to Google and the ultimate result is a duplicate content penalty. In the end only one of these links will register and all other articles from all other sites will not be counted. This is wasting your time.
